________
One Workout. Different Tracks. Built Around Your Goals.
Training programs
You don’t need to be pulled out of class, put in a corner, or handed something completely different just because your goals are different from the person next to you. That’s not how real training works, and it’s not how real community works.
Here, we move through the same workout flow together. Same warm-up. Same coaching. Same room. Same energy. You’re never left guessing, and you’re never training alone.
But the way you attack the workout may look different depending on what you’re training for.
You’re part of the class, part of the standard, and part of the push. You just get the version of the work that makes the most sense for you.
How Our Training Tracks Work
Every class follows the same core workout structure, but your training track gives that work direction.
Think of your track as a lens, not a separate program. Power, Capacity, Mobility, Competition, and Tactical each prioritize a different training outcome. When appropriate, the day's workout includes a track-specific variant designed to preserve the workout's intended stimulus while shifting the emphasis toward that goal.
Your coach can still scale or modify any movement for you individually. The track gives us the plan. Coaching handles the person in front of us.
-
The Power Track is for athletes who want to get stronger, move heavier weight, and build strength that carries into every part of life.
Your focus: strength, power, and quality movement under load.
On days when the workout allows for it, your approach may prioritize heavier loading, lower reps, explosive movement, or strength-focused variations while preserving the intended stimulus of the day.
This is a strong fit if your goals include lifting heavier, building muscle, increasing strength, improving power output, or simply feeling more capable under a barbell.
-
The Capacity Track is for athletes who want to build the engine: move longer, recover faster, and sustain effort without falling apart halfway through the work.
Your focus: conditioning, stamina, pacing, and aerobic capacity.
Your approach may adjust loading, movement difficulty, reps, or pacing to keep you moving and accumulating quality work while preserving the intended stimulus of the day.
This is a strong fit for endurance goals, HYROX or obstacle-course training, or anyone who wants better conditioning without leaving strength behind.
-
The Mobility Track is for athletes who want to move better, feel better, and build strength and control through a usable range of motion.
Your focus: movement quality, mobility, positional strength, coordination, and body control.
Your approach may adjust load, impact, range of motion, tempo, or movement selection to emphasize quality positions and controlled movement while still participating in the day's training.
This is a strong fit if you want to improve mobility, reduce stiffness, develop bodyweight skills, improve movement mechanics, or build a stronger foundation for everything else you do.
-
The Competition Track is for experienced athletes who want to push performance, sharpen skills, and prepare for competitive CrossFit.
Your focus: performance, advanced skills, intensity, strategy, and competition standards.
Your approach prioritizes preserving higher-skill movements, challenging loads, intended intensity, and competitive movement standards. Additional skill, strength, or conditioning work may be included when appropriate.
This is a strong fit for athletes preparing for CrossFit competitions, local throwdowns, the Open, qualifiers, or anyone who wants a more performance-driven approach to their training.
-
The Tactical Track is for athletes who want fitness that's practical, durable, and useful when conditions aren't perfect.
Your focus: work capacity, functional strength, loaded movement, stamina, and durability.
Your approach may emphasize carries, running, bodyweight work, odd objects, loaded movement, or other practical variations of the day's training while preserving its intended stimulus.
This is a strong fit for first responders, military and tactical athletes, Tactical Games competitors, or anyone who wants to build fitness that holds up when the work gets uncomfortable.
